　　1、分子式：C2H3NaO4?XH2O(x=0 or 3）

　　3、性能：無(wú)色無(wú)味的結(jié)晶體，在空氣中可被風(fēng)化，可燃。易溶于水，微溶于乙醇，不溶于乙醚。123℃時(shí)失去結(jié)晶水。
　　4、用途: 藥品等級(jí)的醋酸鈉可用于血液透析的制備和腹膜透析液及胰島素和輸液液體的生產(chǎn)。醋酸鈉作為聚合催化劑在制革、紡織印染、在攝影等產(chǎn)業(yè)有廣泛應(yīng)用。醋酸鈉也可用于保存加工過(guò)的肉類，它常被用在與其他酸的組合防腐劑如乳酸和丙酸酯。
　　5、包裝：外袋為編織袋或牛皮紙袋，內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料袋，每袋凈重25kg。
　　6、儲(chǔ)存：在密封的容器中并置于陰涼、干燥、通風(fēng)良好的區(qū)域。避免接觸高溫和潮濕。
